REFUND POLICY

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom-built, fabricated, or made-to-order products are non-refundable once production has begun. Due to the personalized nature of these items, cancellations or refunds cannot be issued after materials have been sourced or fabrication has started.

Project-specific terms, payment schedules, and cancellation conditions will be clearly outlined in written agreements prior to commencement.

Wholesale & Distributed Goods

Wholesale products, including gemstones and internationally sourced goods, are generally considered final sale. Returns or refunds may only be considered in cases of verified defects, incorrect shipments, or prior written agreement.

Any claims must be submitted within a specified timeframe after delivery, along with supporting documentation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, clients must notify us promptly with photographic evidence. We will review each case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or resolution in accordance with the original agreement.

Shipping-related damage caused by third-party carriers may be subject to carrier claim procedures.
